Quick and easy "ITH" Finished and Raw Edge Applique Blocks for hoops 8x8 or larger

The Blocks this month are a Dresden Plate variation, the points have a finished edge, and the wedges are raw edge. The Points are loose at the ends to add a bit of dimension.

Two blocks this month – one standard 8” block with a whole Plate and a second 8” block is ¼ of the plate – the full plate is a 16” block.

Downloadable content included with the course:

Project Sheet with supplies and materials list, Run Sheets, Printable Petal and Circle patterns, svg files for digital cutting, and Full-color PDF instructions for Dresden Plate Blocks.

Embroidery files in .jef, .pes, exp and .vp3 formats – 2 Dresden Plate designs

Hi I'm PJ

Since 2006 I’ve been a teacher at Montavilla Sewing Centers in the Portland Metro area. I design, produce and teach the monthly projects for Babylock Serger Club, Janome, BabyLock and Brother Machine Embroidery Club, and 8” Block of the month Club.

I have a lot of fun creating projects, designs, and patterns that incorporate techniques and products to encourage the students to get the most out of their Sergers or Embroidery Machines.
